Do I need a doctor's referral?
No. In Texas, you can see a physical therapist without a referral from a physician. This is called Direct Access. Simply call us at (972) 987-4672 to schedule your first appointment.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic wear is ideal. We'll provide any additional equipment needed.
How long is each session?
Initial evaluations typically last 45-60 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are usually 30-45 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
How many sessions will I need?
This varies by condition and individual. Your therapist will discuss a personalized treatment plan during your first visit, including expected duration and frequency.

What is manual therapy?
Manual therapy involves hands-on techniques like joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy to reduce pain and restore movement.
Do you offer sports rehabilitation?
Yes. We specialize in treating sports injuries including ACL tears, ankle sprains, shoulder injuries, tennis/golfer's elbow, and provide return-to-sport programs.
